Amp for metal and blues?

I've been trying to find a cab amp that can give me a nice warm bluesy tone as well as a good tone to use for metal. I was hoping somebody could point me in the direction of a good amp for this. I have a budget of £450 if that helps as well.

Thanks,
Clockworkmice

I think that's a bit of a tough thing to find unless you just get something digital, but then you're probably really sacrificing your blues tone. To get a good, warm blues tone, I'd say go for a tube amp, like a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe, or Blues Deluxe. The Blues Deluxe particularly has a great, warm blues tone that I can't get enough of, but it's not really suited to metal at all.
