Recording and editing programs

I need to know if there are any free programs out there that won't mess up my computer. My acoustic band dosent have the cash to pay for mastering and studio time so we have been recording in a bathroom. (which works really well.) Anybody know about any program of the sort?

Hi Noodles,

it seems you've been banned from the site. I've heard that you are actually Cory. In any case I can recommend something that's not entirely free, but can be obtained incredibly easy.

It's called Acoustica Mixcraft. Ask around, if anybody you know is into torrents, well you see what I'm getting at. It's worth any percieved risk, as it is a great program for beginners and intermediate recording artists alike.

Peace
