It's fun to play with, I wanted to make a Christmas album that sounded like Joy Division, but I got lazy.

It's fun just to mess around with. I hardly ever make anything particularly musical.

I'll never understand why people think Macs are good for music. Beyond Logic and the ever limited garageband everything else is a Windows program that has to be adapted for Mac.. plus most free VSTs won't work - ick it's just a mess.

If you like the way a Mac looks (and looks are about the only thing about it) so much then you can get a Linux/Mac/Windows and be happy with all of em.

personally I'm happy using my PC.

Fruity Loops works very well for most styles of music. I've been using it for about five years now and I've gotten some great results.
