Default Virtual MIDI Keyboards?
Does anyone here have any experience using virtual MIDI keyboards (software that allows one to use their laptop keys as a MIDI keyboard), or suggestions on any that may function better than others?

Some time ago I've seen Apple creating a virtual midi keyboard which you can use on iPad. Bjork uses these at her concerts.
