A cheap PA system..?
 

I'm looking to spend ~ 300 dollars, so far the best options to me seem to be
Harbinger HA120 Portable PA System or the Phonics Powerpod 820/S712 PA pack from MusciansFriend(Sorry I can't link, new member.

I'm fairly new at this, but it seems to me the additional 50$ is well worth it, considering the amp has double power, and the RMS on the Phonic speakers is 70 more watts than the harbinger speakers. I went ahead and ordered the Harbingers before I found the phonic. Can anyone comment on brand value? What would you do?
