HELP. Electro-Voice Raven vs Behringer C1 or Other low $ Mic?

Theres a Electro-Voice Raven available on craigslist for around 60-75$. Im wondering if I should buy that or the 40$ Behringer c1 from amazon? I want to use it for live acoustic performances and studio recording on a computer via a phantom power source. Which is better? and what is the difference when the C1 says its a CONDENSER mic? Is the raven not one and what does that entail?

I have low money income, so im trying to get by performing and recording with the best deal I can get. Should I scrap both of them and go with a different cheap microphone? Please post them. Thank you
