Loops and Samples (bass, high quality, quote)

Does anyone know where I can get some high quality loops and samples? I am willing to pay and the best ones I've found so far are on these guys on ebay stores: audioport-1
I've purchased almost everything they have, but I was looking for some more Hip Hop Soul and Bass Tone stuff. Any suggestions?
