Smile Musicians needed!

Hi guys,

I'm a music student at university and for one of my projects I'm making an
electric violin and some software to go with it. At the moment I'm doing
research and need as many musicians as possible (violinists or other) to fill in a short survey. There are only 10 questions so I'd really appreciate it if you could fill it in and send a link to any other musicians you know!

Here is the link: Electric violin software

Thanks very much!

one of your questions seems contradictory. the one about being interested in playing modern contemporary / experimental music.

contemporary and experimental strike me as polar opposites.

personally i'm all about experimental stuff, playing a contemporary style has no appeal to me.

Point taken - I thought it had a slightly different meaning.

Thanks everyone for completing the survey, I'll let you know how it all works out!

Contemporary just means 'current'. Its possible to be both.

Traditional and experimental are polar opposites however.

good point. i just usually take contemporary as something targeting the mainstream for old people.

Agreed.

the word comtemporary alone turns me off.
