That Billy Corgan tone comes from an IC Big Muff. They're pretty damn rare, but there are some great copies out there. It sounds a bit different from a standard big muff because the ic big muff uses a special chip.
Ah, okay. That's pretty awesome! I'll have to look around for those. Do you know if you can mod a regular Big Muff with the special chip?
