The death of a guitar

My guitar that I'd had since I was 8, has finally died. We should all have a moment of silence for it's death. Thank you.

I want to say it was a Fender. I honestly don't have a solid clue. I got it back in '82.

you've had it since you were 8 but don't remember what brand it is?

and how did it 'die' short of being run over by a car or tossed in a fire? anything else can usually be fixed.

It's been to five countries.
And something's been changed twice.
And something else.
I asked.

You're holding an online funeral for a guitar that you don't even know the brand of? Odd.

Yeah, I want to know how it died also. Most things can be repaired like mr dave said.

Bring it back to life, then smash the **** out of it at your next gig.

Deepest sympathy, friend. It's always sad.

But not for me because I kill them on purpose.
