Default Sampling/Midi Keyboard Questions

I had some questions I was hoping someone could clear up.

My goal is to sample sounds from some keyboards I own as well as other sources and save them in a console to use with a midi keyboard. I would also like to get some Roland Juno and Moog modules to use with the midi keyboard as well. So here are some of my questions.

1. How would I sample the sounds to store in the console? Some type of software program I'm assuming, if so which one(s)?

2. Can someone recommend a module console (or whatever they are called) to use with a midi keyboard.

3. What is a decent, inexpensive midi keyboard to consider if I want one that has at least semi weighted keys and is velocity sensitive?

4. Where would I look to get these synth modules and how would I use them with the console?

Please teach me!

What exactly do you mean by 'console'?

Are you talking about using software samplers on a computer and controlling them with a midi keyboard, or what?

By console I mean the box that actually stores the sounds that the midi keyboard uses. For example:

Yes, I want to use the software versions that you can buy of existing synthesizers and play those sounds using a midi keyboard. I also want to sample sounds and play them back at the appropriate note on the midi keyboard like what I can do with my Casio SK-1. I'm assuming I'd need to do something like

Sound -> mic/line in -> computer recording program -> midi interface

I'm just not sure how to accomplish that.
