Ok so I was just woundering how many drummers are on this site. then another thought hit me how many girl drummers are there?

I am a drummer! :) but i am not a girl haha

I play the drums but i am not a girl. What genre/bands do you guys like drumming too? :drummer:

I drum with with two pencils, or anything resembling drum sticks if that counts.
I think it sounds good.

I am a girl drummer. I like it because it is loud and cool. I am the type that want to look boyish and not girly. haha It is also a great stress relieve since I drum my heart out

I'm a novice drummer and I love playing my drums. Drumming feels much more fun and natural than I expected. But I'm not a girl.

I love how playing the drums involves so much of your body and attention, such as when trying to stick to a new beat pattern. I also like drumming because it gives me a mini-workout. Not many instruments can get your heart rate up, but drums can. I only wish I set aside more time to practice. :(
