Hi
i was listening to the song Gorecki by Lamb and in the begining of the song they play this drum that sounds a bit like a dop of water. Does anyone know the name of the drum?And if posible the origin to Grtz. Mr.walrus

They're called tablas. They're actually one of the most interesting instruments in the world. The are used a lot in Hindu/Vedantic music. It is a very complex and challenging percussive instrument. Each phrase is considered to be a line or paragraph in a prayer, which is the whole song.
