I'd absoutely love to start learning the guitar, also you can get some really kickass sounds out of a keyboard, very heavy sounds too.

Guitar, Bass, Drums, Piano & Flute. i wish i could play. i kick myself for not taking music as a standard grade :(. i cant play any instruments, basic drums & guitar. thats it. n i wouldnt even count that :(.

I voted guitar tho I don't actually play it. But started learning it 2 months ago. I learned the piano for 2 years when I was 10. I love the piano but I hated playing it, it's too clean. It did help me tho in reading notes and music.

too many people play the guitar. people need to be at least a little different. if u wana play guitar at least go with bass cause its way better. we need less guitarist in the world and more bassist cause bassists are hard to find and its upsetting -.- but i personally drum =)

I agree with you that more people should learn bass. But it doesn't matter if too many people "play" guitar. Not all of them play well, and that's more important than playing an instrument just to be different.

I play piano (and it doesn't suck) and recently I've been picking up the guitar. So far so good.
