What kind of alto sax do you have and what mouthpiece/reed do you use

I have a Conn student alto sax. I inherited it from my cousin, who sadly died of cancer several years ago. I run it through a special mouthpiece, which the company is unknown. I use a Rugatti Gold 2 1/2.

I like this setup, because it lessens the sensativity of the sax. With the stock mouthpiece and a Vandorin Reed, which I used before switching, the tendency to sqeak out of control was high and almost every time I would blow hard on a middle concert F, the sax would squeak.

Now, with this new setup, which I have been using for the past couple years, I get brighter sounds and I am able to hit the altissimo notes without any problem (exept the concert A after the highest concert Ab). On the downside, it takes a little bit more air than usual to hit the lower notes. I often make the lower notes subtones, so I won't have to put too much mouthpiece in my mouth, which makes the sound a bit sloppy.

Overall, the sound quality is like a brand new alto sax. Although my sax is very old, it still sounds like new with the new setup I use
