Default Keyboard setting for cold tones

I want to set my Yamaha PSR-E333 keyboard to a cold tone but I'm having some minor difficulties with the reverb and voice. Here's a piece with the tone I'd like to obtain:

I've tried Galaxy Electric Piano and some Synth Strings and it sounds great in the mid-range, but the bass sounds too unnatural. Should I use Echo or Tremolo? I want a lot of reverb, but if I set it too high (max 127) the piano sounds like I'd play it in a bathroom or a place with lots of glass. What level (range 1-127) should I set it?

I don't need the exact name of the tone, I'm more interested in what instrument should I choose.

Thanks!
