yeah so is this a panpipe and if so (or not) are there tutorials for it

It looks like a panflute to me.

Just google "panflute tutorials" and plenty comes up

Whatever the hell that is it's likely to be on a single key, and a ditonic one(7 notes). So just play anything that sounds good, you can't go wrong.
