Default Hand-held vocal effects "pedal"?

Perhaps this is a stupid question, but does anyone know of any hand-held vocal effects "pedals" or perhaps mics with inbuilt effects that might be good to use for live performances?

I'm only singing, so I'll have my hands free - I just don't want to restrict my mobility by having to stand by a pedal. It's not really something I've ever looked into before - but it could be could to have some harmony or reverb effects on certain parts of our songs.

Suggestions, advice, and recommendations would be very welcome.

There are quite a few "Vocal Processors" out there, but I'm not aware of anything that is built-in to a mic. Usually what you'll find are rack-mounts, stand alones, or foot pedals.

TC Helicon has some:

...and here's what GC has to offer:

Vocal Processors | Guitar Center
