Anyone have any experience of Bagpipes?

Been looking to find out some prices etc of second-hand sets... I know it is common practice to get a practice chanter first. Have been looking at Bagpipes and they have the chanter and also pipes there. Anyone know of any pointers when buying? Keen to know anything at all, thank you! I see this thread is not one of the more popular ones!

Check to make sure it's not just a whoopie cushion. They try to pull that scam all the time.
