Default Buying bass amp/head for gigging - help?

I'm joining a band as their new bassist within the next few months and I need a quality amp and head for shows, as they already regularly play (both house shows and minor venues).

For both affordability, and from the little bit of knowledge I have on the topic, here is what I'm considering buying:

Fender RUMBLE 200W Bass Amp Head
Acoustic B115mkII 1x15 Bass Speaker Cab

The head puts out 200W while the cab can handle 450W. It looks like they're both 8 ohms (although I'm still not quite sure I understand how ohms work as much as I've tried to read about them.)

I think one cab will be enough for now, but I will consider buying a second if I determine that I actually need more power/volume for whatever reason in the future.

Is there any major reason I SHOULDN'T buy these two pieces and use them together for live performance?
