Guitar Question
 

Hi, what is the best guitar brand to get if I want a deep, rich sound? Not too deep of course, but just a really nice, resonating sound. I heard that medium strings and a hard top guitar would be good to get, I just have no idea which brand to go with.

hey, you don't mind if you'd name some guitarists with the sound you're describing, eh? a deep rich sound? you mean like, for playing metal, like lamb of god's guitar sound?

get an ibanez, anything from either the rg or s series. the attack on those ****ers are just awsome. for strings, use 10's-anything higher than 46's. any gauge 50 and over, or anything basically thick, would help get you that deep, heavy, tone you're looking for.
