I am not preteen and I like Nickelback (except the last album. It's horrible.) It's not about lyrics, I just like acoustic guitar and Post-Grunge vocals. In fact, lyrics and meanings of their songs are sometimes very stupid, but they still are cool.

There is only one to say about the greatness of Led Zeppelin - & I'm not going hide behind a "IMO" :shycouch:

John Paul Jones and John Bonham make up the best rhythym section ever, it's not an opinion it's a scientific fact!

Well I don't want people to hassle me for my preferences and if IMO is the most polite way of saying "don't f*ck with me" I'll continue to use it.

Also, you're wrong. That's Squire/Bruford you're thinking about. :pimp:

For real. They own Jones/Bonham by a country mile.

Oh don't get me wrong, JPJ/Bonzo is still in my top 5.

Which is probably something like this.

Squire/Bruford
JPJ/Bonzo
Entwistle/Moon
McCartney/Ringo
Geddy/Peart

SATCHMO 05-09-2009 01:56 AM

Lee/Peart.......Hello!

boo boo 05-09-2009 01:57 AM

Hah, I just replaced Lake/Palmer with Geddy/Peart as soon as you posted that.

Sorry Lake & Palmer, I still wuv you. :(

SATCHMO 05-09-2009 02:03 AM

I would have thoght Ringo & Paul were dead ringers to be ousted, but hey......

boo boo 05-09-2009 02:08 AM

Well IMO.

Palmer > Ringo
Lake < McCartney

And I'm more of a bass guy so...

I also like Palmer more than Peart but once again bass is the tie breaker.
