Default Madonna and Politics

Well, Wesley Clark is bound to win now that Madonna endorsed him.

Now I know some of you are not fans of debating politics, but what is it coming to. Now since when have singers/actors (or actresses) for that matter carrying around a worth while opinion on politics. First the dixie chicks, now this. I think this goes beyond voicing their opinions.

What do you fine folks think about this?

I think that most people, especially the Dixie Chicks and madonna, who don't have any idea what they are talkin about are ridiculous to say anything about politics. Truly, they became famous because of their music. Not cause of their political views.

A musicians endorsing anything besides something to do with music is absolutely worthless...like Alexa...musicians (usually) know music...thats why they're musicians...

That's my view. You couldn't have stated it any better. Stick to what you know -- music -- and stay away from politics.

Madonna has desperately been trying to tell the world 'Hey... my claim to fame was more than selling softcore porn books, hey! I'm smart! look at me do this smart stuff!' for awhile.

Terence Hill, as recently confirmed during an interview to an Italian TV talk-show, was offered the role but rejected it because he considered it "too violent". Dustin Hoffman and John Travolta declined the role for the same reason. When Al Pacino was considered for the role of John Rambo, he turned it down when his request that Rambo be more of a madman was rejected.
Al Pacino = God
