he certainly was the biggest in my generation, his album sales surpassed Elvis and the Beatles. Pretty damn good for a solo artist I would say, also that kid coming out and saying he was lying (I think) is a hoax. I can't find it stated on any legitimate news network, and I never heard it on the actual news... only read it online.

He was given a goofy juice serum by his father (who was a dentist) and after his father asked him under that serum the boy said Michael Jackson had touched him. The problem is this stuff is commonly mistaken to be some kind of truth serum when in actuallity people have been known to say complete fallacies while under its influence. Beyond the boys "confession" there is no evidence to go on.

And as for the second trial... well there wasn't much there from the beginning.

I doubt anyone involved in the prosecution of those trials are going to step out and admit some kind of wrongdoing on their part, and seeing as both families completely retreated when Jackson was found 'not guilty' and never so much as tried to reopen the case I think it was more about explotation than anything. But who knows?

Whether or not Michael Jackson was guilty of anything of the sort is now academic.
I think we should let the matter and the guy rest in peace now.

When was the last time you've seen a pedo say "Yeah, I sleep with kids", really?

This was a guy who clearly didn't think he was doing anything wrong. And I don't think him paying that family off proved anything, he knew his reputation was destroyed anyway and he wanted to get it over with.

But yeah, it was a very good memorial service, his daughter teared me up a little bit.

When his brother sung "smile" it really got me.
