You can say that all you want but doesn't change the fact that the vast majority of his creative output has been in the realm of producing.

Two VERY different producers but there's no wrong. Rap is more technical, you have specific aspects, flow, delivery, lyricism etc. There's no such thing as a bad beat, just a beat you dislike. But there is such a thing as a bad rapper. There's a way to measure rap ability, based on effective use of lyricism and flow etc but there's no way to measure a good beat. That's my opinion on it anyway.

raekwon is the best rapper in what may be the greatest hip hop group to have ever existed, he easily gets the nod here. however, the justus league is a criminally underrated group from NC, and the music they've been putting out has been consistently excellent. they're a distant, but deserving, second.
