I feel a little sick all of the sudden.

Ol’ Qwerty Bastard 09-23-2015 05:48 PM

You know what, I can't think of any flaws with your list, not even one.

YorkeDaddy 09-23-2015 06:10 PM

I would've made literally the EXACT same list, song-for-song, even in the exact same order

Superior to Thrift Shop: this parody that my best friend (also the other half of cloudcover) made with his fellow engineering students:

I really hope this thread becomes dedicated to parody songs.

Pop music is as good as its ever been. The list is very comparable with any top ten chart for the past decade. I like quite a few of the songs honestly and i'm sure plenty of others do also. I guess its an easy out to trash on pop music, but its not in decline in any shape or form. Pop is short for popular music, and this list certainly qualifies.

The only thing I disagree with is 28#, Eminem and Rihanna's - Love the Way You Lie is where its at.

Back in 1994, everything I've ever heard in my life I heard on the radio.

And I'm guessing you were very young then, like single digits

So what you're saying is that this FanomTim fellow is less than 10 years old?

Lol, you don't actually believe what you said did you? :bonkhead: Pop music has never been this bad and music in general has not been this boring, repetitious or lackluster for a long time. Add on to that the fact that musicians are barely that anymore; relying on production and devices to improve their voice and using less instruments of their own. A studio and 15 mins of fame is all you need nowadays and that's shown with the constant filth that filters in and out of the charts. Find me a decade since the 60's with a pop music list that is worse than this one and I'll agree that it is not in decline

Are you a troll account or do you actually LIKE Imagine Crapins' "Radioactive"? I mean there are several songs on there I find repulsive but having that slice of garbage at 3 is truly offensive.
