It always suprises me the amount of people that are not familiar with her music, as she is probably the most talented female artist to have ever come out of the UK.

I still think her early material on her 2nd and 3rd albums to be unsurpassed, especially the weirder sounding stuff, so will be looking forward to the reviews.

One of my heroes, also the sexiest woman ever. Looking forward to this.

I am just starting to listen to Kate Bush, but thought that The Dreaming was absolutely brilliant. I'd be receptive of a suggestion as to which album I hit next.

I've downloaded quite a few of her albums but not had a chance to listen to the bulk of it, so I'm definitely looking forward to getting your take on each album. Love the idea of relating each album to what was going on in her life at the time too. Hopefully it will give me some idea of which album would be best to start with.

I can't believe I still haven't got hold of any of her albums yet. Reminds me of something I should post in the MB most wanted thread...

Looking forward to this. If she's alright with John Lydon, she's alright with me

I'm such a horrible liar

I really tried and I did leave a lot out, but I realize it's still quite a bit to read. Hopefully, it won't be too much!

I recently listened to Hounds Of Love for the first time, and loved it.
So I'll be keeping an eye on this thread.
One small criticism, a mark out of 10 would be good.
Despite what you write expressing how much you like/dislike the album, a nice score would round it up nicely.

I'll think about it! I've done so in the past because then I intended my reviews to be rather quick reads (despite the fact they were often lengthy), but this time, I'm liking the idea that people actually have to read what I've written. I'm not a professional writer and I'm sure that shows, but this is the most ambitious review project I've undertaken so far on this site and I don't think I've ever written so lovingly about anything. Hence, I am a bit weary of summing it all up with a number.
