Default Top 5: Worst Albums of 2015

Worst albums are here for the year. This year was not the worst, but it had some spots. Here you go, the Top 5 WORST Albums Of 2015

WORST

5. A Head Full Of Dreams (COLDPLAY)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QtXby3twMmI
I like Coldplay. I enjoyed Mylo Xyloto, which took a different direction then the usual songs of Coldplay. The same vibe comes off of this album, but for some reason, was really bummed. This album seemed like a waste of time. Only a few songs stood out, but the album all sounds the same. If you like this album, Good for you. This just didn't do much for me.

4. Star Wars (WILCO)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zB6oV_y4Lik
I also LOVE Wilco. This album was just really meh. I didn't think that too many songs were really enjoyable. I do enjoy some of the songs, but in the end, a couple of songs doesn't save a boring album. (I am talking about the 2nd part of the album.) It isn't the worst, but I was underwhelmed.

3. Citizen Zombie (THE POP GROUP)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rxeo6scjSMk
The last 2 albums were nothing special. This on the other hand is pretty horrific. "Citizen Zombie" is hard to listen to. The only way to explain is like this. Imagine a pile of goo slowly going down a wall. Yeah. The guitars are horrible, drums are mediocre and vocals sound way too distorted/tampered with.

2. American Beauty/American Psycho (FALL OUT BOY)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hjtNPyVwMps
I am not a Fall Out Boy fan, but everything deserves a fair chance. I took a listen, and after the album, my head hurt. I cringed. This album is just terrible. Every single song has the same progression. The vocals are just horrible, and don't get me started on lyrics and guitars. Don't think about this album at all.

1. Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Pets (MILEY CYRUS)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wu5iAgJ65dA
Again, everything deserves a fair chance, but this was doomed for the first song. This album hurts my head. The vocals on some songs just are WAY too distorted and sound ike she is yelling into a megaphone. The songs are horribly made and produced. It does not help that she is, well, Miley Cyrus. For her to make 0 effort on an album just gets me angry. I'm done.

Say one more bad thing about The Pop Group and I'll spit in your cereal.

Or, he'll play you his albums! You do NOT want that!

I didn't say TPG was bad, it was just that this album didn't do anything for me.

I think you said a lot more than that. You also said their last two albums were nothing special, so it's sort of hard not to make the logical leap that you by extension think the band are crap. You did not, in fact, even qualify (if you're going to) your comments by saying something like "the first album was ok" or "this is a departure from their usual output", so what is anyone to conclude but that you think they're a terrible group?

Nobody's particularly denying you your opinion --- I don't think they're that great either --- but have the courage of your convictions. Stand up beside what you say and don't try to weasel out of it by pretending that wasn't what you meant.

There are only two 2015 albums I despised:

Mumford & Sons' Wilder Mind
Sun Kil Moon's Universal Themes

I personally really liked the new Wilco and the new Miley Cyrus album.

I also really liked that Sun Kil Moon album, I'd say it's maybe even better than Benji.
