In Rant Heat Wave, A/C at 20% Entry Tools

So I'm at work on a balmy 85 degree 8:45 a.m. and looking at 90 for the high, with humidity, sitting next to an east-facing window that catches the heat of the sun until that ball of fire reaches its azimuth and shrouds me in shade--and the A/C here at work is only operating at perhaps 20% power due to three compressors on the roof not operating propertly.
