In Angry M-Audio Axiom 49!! Entry Tools

Does anyone no how to use the Axiom 49 well?? ...like the programming and what not?? Im having a problem with two keys (C and #F) ....I'm not sure if its the programming or the keys itself. The reason I don't think its the keys mainly because its not just the two key in one octave it all the C's and #F's ...The reason I believe its the programming is because I pressed a lot of buttons not knowing a thing what those number and letters meant.

So Im going to buy my first Lap Top to record music and what not. Everyone tells me Mac is the way to go with this stuff. Anyone know as to which Mac or are there other better Lap Tops for this kind of stuff??
