i have something wrong with my shin in that everytime ive been running/exercising for a sustained period it tightens up and feels like its ripping. nice.

i also get severe hayfever for about a week in june which leads onto about a month of viruses etc.

and i suffer from very high levels insecurity. always have. im always metacognitising myself.

that's called shin splints. they're a bitch, I get them if I run for too long outside, try running on a track at the gym, they're usually cushioned slightly so it doesnt cause as much stress.
