best intro - civil war - guns 'n' roses "what we've got here is....faliure to communicate"
 kick ass film too.best outro - lets make the water turn black - frank zappa its the only one that springs to mind that i quite like plus the wierdy voice tickles me.

If I'm being honest the best outro would be Kanye West-The Workout Plan. I liked that a lot, but didn't really like the song.
