Despite having some absolutely stunning artwork the CD was pretty sub par.

Dennis the Fox - Mother Trucker

oh hell yeah!

i read this description and just had to give it a listen:

"Like seeing God in a burst condom stuck to the tailpipe of a rusty pimpmobile, finding out Jesus stole your mama, looking for the meaning of life in a puke pile by a truckstop motel...."

straight out of 1975, this album is just as sleazy as it sounds. it's so bad it's good. the title track, Mother Trucker, is particularly poingnet.

here's Dennis the Fox himself:

let me know if you dare to give it a listen!

I liked BL&R but I just can't get into Origin of Symmetry at all.

I haven't listened to it yet but that disappoints me.
I really liked Absolution and Black Holes And Revelations and I'm about to get Showbiz.

It's the only album of theirs that I like. It's much more compact and efficient than later releases I think.
