I also bought Backspacer by Pearl Jam and The Best of Van Halen Vol. 1 at Target for like $6.50.

I nearly finished my first listen of the album, and I can honestly say that I'm really liking it.

I actually wrote that wrong, it's not The Verve, it's the Verve record label remixing some songs. Thanks though

Me too, and I don't really know anything about electronica at all so this is a nice change from what I usually listen to.

A copy straight from vinyl. They literally don't make them like this anymore.

Compared to all the great new wave music out there they really, really suck. I don't even know what makes them new wave anyway; honestly they just sound like uninspired classic rock with keyboards.

It's decent. I've only givin it one listen but it was good enough for me to want to spend the 15 bucks to see them live. It seemed like it had good variety, if that makes sense. I like a little change up from song to song.

@jackhammer - Cheers on Aretha Franklin! Gotta love that voice.

Etta James - At Last!
She has this fantastic voice that just mesmerizes me. I had such a great time listening to this all day yesterday.

Albert Collins, Etta James, Joe Walsh - Jump the Blues Away
I only downloaded this because this combination of musicians sounded intriguing. It's not as wonderful as I'd hoped it'd be, but still pretty good. I'm not sorry I downloaded it.
