Yeah that's what I thought too, which is why I held back on the "dude! There's a thread exactly like this!" until I saw what he was doing.

TBF, I think he just got a bit pissed off at some in-fighting and thought he'd make this thread, without checking to see if anyone else had already done. Also tbf, I sometimes do this too. But when told there was a thread, really he should have just said ok close it.

Which should now happen before it become more a parody than it already is.
