Great song...I absolutely love her voice. I definitely need to look into this some more.

This however is closer to singer-songwriter material with a mini orchestra behind it,and I emplore everyone to give this song a chance, listen up until the music comes in before you decide if you don't like it.

Can anyone else recommend some Simone?
Nina Simone is an amazing artist. I'd reccomend you to start with her albums Nina Simone Sings the Blues and Anthology. Some of her best songs include "Black Is the Color of My True Love's Hair", "Four Women", "Gin House Blues", "Good Bait", "House of the Rising Sun", "I Got It Bad (And That Ain't Good)", "I Loves You, Porgy", "I Put a Spell on You", "I Want a Little Sugar in My Bowl", "If I Should Lose You", "Mississippi Goddam", "Mood Indigo", "My Baby Just Cares for Me", "My Man's Gone Now", "See-Line Woman", "Since I Fell for You", "Sugar in My Bowl", "Take Me to the Water", "The Last Rose of Summer", "To Be Young, Gifted and Black", and "You'll Never Walk Alone". This should be enough to get anyone started.
