Who is growing a beard?

I started mine up again as retirement draws near. Can't be arsed to trim it until it grows a bit more.

OK my beard is just sort of sitting there like roadkill on my face and I'm wondering whether to continue, shape it or get rid. where are the beardies when I need them? Shall I trim it to get more growth? Just leave it alone and let nature take it's course or get a goatee (not too keen on them).

I don't want to be clean shaven though as some facial hair is definitely wanted due to a shiny bald head.
