Classical Piano Solo (?)

I am finding for a song, I have heard it a lot of times but I am still struggling to find the name of the song.

It is a piano solo piece, probably on the classic/romantic period... The pitch is like this:

g''8 g''8 a''8 a''8 ais''8 ais''8 a''8 a''8 g''8 g''8 d''8 d''8 ais'8 ais'8 g'8 g'8

and so on... I am not quite sure it is the start though... (One octave higher/lower?)
Also the song is in quite a fast way like 3 notes per second.
