Siamese Dream is certainly worthy of being amongst the best albums for 90 to 95. Now I know you're a Monster Magnet fan and without doubt Spine of God imo was one of the great albums of that period.

This sounds great, the problem with Album Wars...

This sounds great, the problem with Album Wars before was that it was too general and little continuity with genre styles. In fact I may borrow some ideas of here to revamp Metal Wars for 2012:D
