Easiest way to rate a pro QB is the touchdown to interception ratio.
asset vs liability

Montana
318 TD vs 160 INT = approx 2 TDs for every INT

Brady
737 TD vs 252 INT = approx 3 TDs for every INT

I had to look.

14 TD to 36 INT = Over 2.5 INT for every TD

Way back I ended up standing behind him in line at some food court downtown.
BIG ****ing dude!

You ever read up much on his story? What a fall from grace and then redemption story.

And i thought you were a New Englander. How did you end up in a food court line behind Ryan Leaf?

Read under my avatar.
1960-1997 Boston
1997- San Diego

I got to see the entire Leaf San Diego meltdown across 3 local news networks + ESPN on a nightly basis.

If I'd have had another half foot of height, 25-30 more pounds, and balls twice the size of the ones God gave me I might have tapped him on the shoulder that day and reminded him how bad he was letting everyone down.

Did I mention how big he is?

But for real, sounds like I asked the right MB member about Ryan Leaf. My dad is actually a Chargers fan - he hates Ryan Leaf (obviously). As a Christmas gag, I found Ryan Leaf on Cameo to make a custom Christmas greeting video for my dad - introducing himself in the video as "Chargers Legend, Ryan Leaf here...". He actually was irritated at the whole thing - didn't find humor in it at all.

Which made it funnier for me of course.

Funny story about your dad! We'd just moved out here for Leaf, and my sports heart was still out in Boston (still mostly is), so I watched with no vested interested.

Ya can't help but feel for the guy considering just how far he fell. I give him credit for being able to poke fun at it now.

Redemption stories are always a great thing. Good on him.
Glad my story doesn't involved a busted jaw.....

Re: Chargers fans - The place I moved out here to work for (and spent 20+ years with) had a few hard core football/Chargers fans.
Actually got to the point after enough years where I had to start tampering down my giddiness on Monday mornings after another Brady win.

100% true: The Monday after the 2007-08 / 18-0 Pats were badly upset by the Giants in the Super Bowl, I taped a note to my office door;

DO NOT POKE THE ANIMAL!!!
