One thing I've come to realize about the Atkins Diet is that it was developed for all those poor fuckers that have to work desk jobs. While an active human being's diet should consist of about 1/3 grain, if you're just sitting in a cubicle all day, all of those carbs are just going to sit there with you and turn to fat. That was something I didn't understand about Atkins when I first analyzed it.
