See the thing about drugs & alcohol is that you don't need them to survive.
Food is a different matter altogether, you need it to live.
How long do you think you would last as a recovering alcoholic if you had to face having one or two alcoholic drinks a day?
I'm willing to bet you wouldn't last long.
