well that's the point I was making, maybe he didn't get the voucher for his older tv and it could be completely possible that he lives out in the boonies.

Some people that used to be able to get the channels before that lived out in the boonies couldn't get them once it switched over even with their newer tvs....they'd only get pbs and vaguely cbs but it wasn't strong
