oojay, I had the pleasure of getting a demo tape back in the mid 90's from Bryan Yale of Tabitha's Secret which included "3AM". The song was immediately likable, extremely catchy, etc.... Tabitha's Secret, of course, later changed their name to Matchbox 20 and the rest is history.
