Honestly, I don't see what the big deal is. The serial youtube posters are posting videos in threads that are designed for it, I could understand it being spam if they were creating multiple threads and just posting a video.
If you want to be nitpicky about forum "quality" then just move those high traffic threads to games along with lastfm thread and albums you are digging.
