I felt I was a bit harsh with my judgments of their music... so I decided to listened to their compilation, Barbed Wire Kisses. There's much more variety there, and it wasn't as monotonous as their debut album (which, I admit, is growing on me a little bit). They're certainly not a bad band, but they're no where near as amazing as their fans make them out to be.

Anyways... I'm going to give Darklands a spin. I hope I won't be disappointed.
