This is my favorite version of Layla. I just learned it the other day. Not that hard to play, took me a about a day to get it down, but it sounds really good. Does anyone have any idea what scale he's using? it doesn't sound like it's just a straight blues scale. I feel like it's mixed with a mode, maybe the Dorian? I'm not sure.
