I'm digging the following:
Bailter Space - Vortura and Robot World
Two gems from a band that are fast becoming a favourite. Spacy, noisy, shoegazey - but with a very different approach it seems to almost any other band I've heard. Didn't notice it at first, but the more familiar I am with them the more their music seems to stand out from the other bands of this ilk. I dunno what's in the water down in New Zealand, but they've churned out some of the most distinctive and interesting music over the past 30 years. A remarkable amount of good bands for such a small population.
