I don't listen to that much progressive metal. But, I'll tell you In Absentia by Porcupine Tree is one of my favorite albums of all time. It's SO good. Also, Damnataion by Opeth is great.
But my jaw is dropping right now seeing that someone seriously posted La Dispute as progressive metal. Seriously? lol
