But why stop there, did you ever trying to get into other Rock bands or sub-genres of Rock? I like Classic Rock (whether you consider it a radio format or style of music). It has it plus and minuses just like anything else. On the "+" it it has those bands you mentioned and the "-" it was restricted only to certain bands, it didn't encompass other styles that I like.

I would consider these two songs to have I guess what you think "(neo) Classic Rock" sound.
